• Email address (used as your identity to apply limits and deliver links)
• File metadata (file name, size, expiration time, download count)

2. What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect names, passwords, profiles, phone numbers, location data, ad identifiers, or behavioral tracking.

3. File Contents

FileStreak does not scan, analyze, or inspect the contents of uploaded files. Files are treated as opaque objects and are deleted automatically after expiration.

4. How We Use Data

We use data only to deliver files, enforce storage limits, send transactional emails, process subscriptions, and maintain service integrity. We do not sell personal data.

5. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. FileStreak does not store payment credentials.

6. Retention

Files expire automatically. Monthly usage resets each cycle. We avoid long-term data retention.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. Limited data is shared only with providers required to operate the service (Stripe for payments, email provider for link delivery).
