Welcome to FileStreak (“FileStreak”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by The TechCorner AI LLC. By accessing or using filestreak.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

FileStreak is a file-sharing service that allows users to upload files and generate temporary download links using an email-only identity model. No user accounts, usernames, or passwords are required.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FileStreak. By using the service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and will comply with applicable laws.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FileStreak to upload, share, or distribute:

• Illegal content
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Content that is abusive, exploitative, or promotes harm
• Content that violates any law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access if these Terms are violated.

4. User Responsibility for Content

FileStreak does not review, monitor, or control files uploaded by users. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, share, or download. FileStreak is not responsible for any illegal, infringing, or harmful content transmitted through the service.

If you believe content violates the law or these Terms, report it via the abuse reporting page.

5. File Storage & Expiration

Files are stored temporarily and automatically expire based on plan. FileStreak is not a backup service. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies.

6. Email Usage

Your email address is used only to track usage, apply plan limits, and send download links or receipts. We do not sell, rent, or market using your email.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel at any time via Stripe. FileStreak does not store payment information.

8. Availability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileStreak and The TechCorner AI LLC are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
